Let's be honest, as soon as Saturday rolls around, we start dreaming of one thing: brunch. It's not just the food that we crave (though breakfast for every meal is a-ok in our book), but the experience surrounding brunch. The sun is shining bright, and we're able to kick back, relax, enjoy a mimosa or two and hang out with friends, both old and new.
On Saturday, September 23rd, we're gathering around the table for a brunch like no other. Featuring the dream duo, Maradeth Hart and Tanner O'Dell (behind Daphne House), the five course seasonal menu is paired with complimentary champagne cocktails, coffee, and of course, bloody mary's. Trust us, you don't want to miss out on this one.
Maradeth and I actually had our first date at a little brunch restaurant in Lincoln, Nebraska. I ordered the first thing I saw with hollandaise on it. Maradeth went for something sweet. Oh and don't forget the coffee!
This menu is inspired by then and now. From falling in love at a Nebraska diner over 6 years ago to starting a company in Texas. It's about flavors that are comforting yet new and exciting.
